Depends on your personal needs. I can get by with 6 hours of sleep but it does cut into my daily energy. I try to sleep 7 every night, for me that’s enough. I walk a lot at work (8-10 miles a day) and I need that rest or I’ll be burnt out by Thursday. Try a week on say 8 hours, next week 7 and the week after that 6.
