She pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge; the other counts were dismissed. Fucking double standards. Johnny Depp was roasted for YEARS with explicit evidence exonerating him.

Canada does not have any conscription laws. The last draft ended in 1945 and should it ever be reintroduced it MUST be done via NEW legislation. And it will be shredded apart by Section 15 of the Charter if discrimination of any form is part of the conversation. Let's not even get into the crisis the draft for the World War caused in Canada back THEN. It's sure to end any Canadian government, violently if necessary, if it ever happens again.

"How do you plea" is the first question asked at arraignment Exactly. Thus a plea deal begins negotiation lol. No one pleas guilty for fun, they know it's the very first step to getting a deal. Not sure why you feel the need to be so obtuse. Edit: And as suspected here's the government website explaining the common law requirement for leniency (which they decided to codify into legislation). Please don't spout disinfo: “the existing common law sentence discount for the utilitarian value of a gui…

It is always offered, "how do you plea?" is the very first question in court. It's inherent in the system and, due to precedence, requires leniency in sentencing.

People in the comments missing the key point, she pleaded guilty. There's lots of controversy over that practice, I work in the system so I know, but this is how it goes. Doesn't matter man or woman. Sentences are HEAVILY reduced.

They actually got 8.77% in the last election two months ago Oh shit you're right, forgot Elon was trying to get the Nazis elected in that very election. I wouldn't put much stock in social media "stars". She got those views because it was posted in opposition to the AfD at a time when that was the main focus of German politics.

When did the party clear the 5% threshold? In the current opinion polls (as of mid-April 2025) they were hovering around the 5%, usually less around the 3-4% range. The existential risks aside, the party is so insignificant on at the federal level it's like talking about the Green Party of Canada. No one cares about them, even if they ever sit in Parliament.

I'm not in the business of posting nonsense, this post is disinfo. Whether you agree with the statement or not doesn't magically make it something else.

She never said this. Disinfo doesn't belong in this subreddit. What she actually said is "the US military can not [function] without women. women don't want a handout, they want to compete straight up." https://youtu.be/nOnQDX7ZFcA?t=345

My little 11 year old sister says she wants to bash me and she wants to punch me in my face. Mate that's just bullying, she's doing it to you not all males. Stand up for yourself and defend yourself. Teach a lesson effectively and the knowledge stays in their head.

The comments here are misguided af. I work in the legal field, you do NOT want to be in a psychiatric facility. Not only that, she's there for 20 years, if she's rehabilitated, she goes to jail - that's how it works. The reason people want to be judged criminally insane is so they don't end up in prison and get killed, it's not that the psych ward is some happy place. It's sad and horrific what happens there

Didn't know lesbians cared about dick size so much. I'm not lesbian. Oh I guess it's your attitude's fault for why you're not getting attention from any men then.

the treatment is simply horrific I'm on dutasteride with zero side effects. Not sure what you're on about.

This works for both men and women. Example for women: "Why would dick size matter to a lesbian?" "I'm not a lesbian" "Oh really? I guess this kind of attitude is why I don't see men giving you attention" Some kind of variant for men but it's usually women doing it.

Has she been charged? Also seems the police didn't know what they were doing at all. Sounds like there was zero evidence of anything to begin with. All things considered, this is going to be a HUGE pay day for this guy for only a month. The police will also have to assist in repairing his reputation.

Not sure why anyone's hung up on DEFINITIONS. Rape is actually called sexual assault in different places, penalties are also defined as the same irrespective of victim or perpetrators sex (whether or not that actually happens is a different discussion). There are many things to be upset about but this is really grasping at straws.

lesions in other organs with no capacity to cause symptoms or threaten life It seems pretty reasonable actually. I don't think you know anyone with low grade prostate cancer. It's extremely distressing to them, even if they are asymptomatic. It's not the gendered thing you're making it out to be as they're talking about all diagnosis that pose ZERO risk in any way to the patient.

I've said it once, I'll say it again. A man's attention is the most powerful asset he possesses. Take it away from a woman and you're in control. These idiot women do not deserve any man's attention, they can go fuck themselves.

There was a country that pushed for financial abortion on the male side, up to the point the female could abort the baby. It was a European nation, the rest I can't remember Edit: More information
