2	I do not understand what I am doing wrong... Talk to the girls you're interested in. Don't expect them to approach you. Ignore your friend's experiences, their stories, all of it. You want something, you go for it. This case being, you approach them and strike a conversation. How do you strike a conversation? Start by saying hello, don't be creepy and be genuinely interested in getting to know them. It'll help you maintain the conversation beyond the initial pleasantries of saying hello.
