1	The feminist movement in Singapore go about yelling for more to be done for them, but is quiet when it comes to conscription. Cherry picking at its finest Singapore, like many other places has a very low birth rate. And low birth rate means it's time for women to serve in the army, since it's just impossible to retain believable defense when each new generation of men is smaller than the previous. 3	Why is it accepted that only men are disposable in the form of conscription? We also have one of the lowest fertility rates in the world, so this will inevitably change, and since Sweden and Norway have gender-neutral conscription, it will most likely come here too, with a bit of lag, either from legal changes, since a lot of cultural trends from those countries end up becoming a thing here too, or by sheer demographic necessity.
