God dammit dude, your videos are great. The videos I usually see on these topics popping up on reddit or YouTube usually fall flat and aren’t too helpful. The two videos of yours that I’ve watched so far have exposed what I’ve been doing wrong my whole life. Makes me cringe at what I have been! Man, I’m sorry you are having to deal with these feelings. It sounds like you are on a good path to self improvement but keep going. Keep trying to eat healthier, exercise, meditate.
