41	Why online dating is the holy grail for introverted/shy dudes Shy isnt introversion, its just a lack of skills. Introversion is just one end of a bimodal distribution of social tolerance. Some people have so much social tolerance it actually feels weird not being in the company of others and they crave it (extroversion). The other end is that social tolerance is very lacking and requires one to spend time alone in order to regain tolerance.
