| 1 | Can you ask for anything in mediation and how bad does this sound?Mediation is a funny thing, if you could resolve your issues in mediation you wouldn't need mediation. The first Mediation is a fake out to the real fight in court then settlement phase. Stick with 2255 or 7/7 because that's what a GAL or judge or custody evaluator is going to give you in the end if you fight unless you're comfortable tucking your balls between your legs and agreeing to whatever mom wants from you. And then you can finance another man raising your kids. | /r/Divorce_Men | 17/08/25 01:47 PM |
| 1 | Can you ask for anything in mediation and how bad does this sound? No no no, just do 7/7 if you're worried about consistency and transitions or 2255 if you're worried that 7/7 is too long I'm between | /r/Divorce_Men | 17/08/25 01:39 PM |
| 2 | Can you ask for anything in mediation and how bad does this sound? And SAME my ex wanted to exchange on Saturdays and Sundays and every Friday night to herself, I said nah that's ok let's see what the judge says and now it's 2255. | /r/Divorce_Men | 17/08/25 03:21 AM |
