Mediation is a funny thing, if you could resolve your issues in mediation you wouldn't need mediation. The first Mediation is a fake out to the real fight in court then settlement phase. Stick with 2255 or 7/7 because that's what a GAL or judge or custody evaluator is going to give you in the end if you fight unless you're comfortable tucking your balls between your legs and agreeing to whatever mom wants from you. And then you can finance another man raising your kids.

And SAME my ex wanted to exchange on Saturdays and Sundays and every Friday night to herself, I said nah that's ok let's see what the judge says and now it's 2255.

Before you slob too hard on your own knob remember she'll be fine and can walk out your door and find some other poor bastard in 5 minutes, you'll be fine and she most def will be fine. No kids no major assets is usually an easy one unless you're loaded just tell her get a lawyer and file and move out
