I can see why you could think its fake, but he has over 1000s of interactions like this on his youtube, OP brings up a good point and I have this happen in real life, so why not be constructive?

if you don't mind me asking, where would you recommend starting just to get some moves and confidence in for the dance floor, I always wanted to start classes, but never knew what direction to take. Dance where I can use it anywhere from the club to solo to music. Also what type of dancing would you recommend?

Did you do anything, in particular, to get her to invest that much IOI and attention into you, thinking back, did you seem very popular amongst the crowd of people, did you talk to a lot of different groups of people especially women? These things would put you on her radar and excite her to chase you as she did. If you think you did something, let us know.

Also go in with the mindset that your trying to have fun, not expect sex at the end, things should escalate naturally, sounds like you pressuring yourself with sex from the start and females can smell it out

always stretch out the date and try to go to multiple spots to build comfort and make the date feel like multiple dates in one, that would build rapport the fastest and going back to your place should be easy but don't expect sex from the first date.
