Due to COVID-19 I'm still working because I'm essential personnel. I feel thankful to have a job at least, especially a full-time job within the state. That being said, I've been having to pull extra hours at work to maintain coverage. Therein, my time for exercise is disappearing. I'm so drained at the end of the day from walking for 8+ hours or so. Plus with my scheduling about to get all fucked up, I'm gonna have a hell of a time adjusting.

I struggle. Hell, I've had days where I could only do 20 minutes of the yoga in the beginning of the video and then had to skip over to the balance postures in the video. I even had to take a 5 day break due to some stomach pains, unrelated to exercise. That said, I'm building myself so that I may rise above my current self. I will only get stronger from this day forward.
