I'd say save the money and invest it or put it towards retirement. Not really worth it, imho. Video games will at least give you hours of entertainment. Try not to put too much money back into a system that feels nothing for you. I recommend minimizing eating out, collecting trinkets, etc. A $5 video game can give you many hours of entertainment and keep you from seeking out other, more expensive means to fill the time which is why I would recommend them. In general, though, limit purchases.
