Fuck god. You on the right sub? "Go to Thailand/Eastern Europe/wherever and get yourself a bangmaid" is old dumbass PUA or conservative rhetoric.

Nobody in Europe knows this guy. Except maybe in Spain. Reggaeton is a curse upon this world. I don't understand how they bear it.

At this point in my life I can honestly say that I'm above average and I've been struggling for years

I get what you're saying, those articles are certainly problematic. But I think the issue is more complex than just "looks" although it does play a role. Status, aura and other more ethereal qualities play bigger parts in my experience.

Yeah, but at the same time lord knows that I've said some stupid compliments to women because I didn't understand how they think(not that i do now lol).

Completely agree. I don't know where this idea of men being essentially cave men who communicate mainly trough grunts and head movements, while skinning mammoths or building shelters comes from. Some sort of romanticized idea of stoicism as a response to the overt influence of current gynocentrism? A pseudonostalgic longing for a "simpler time" when men were men? You hear this type of stuff more on the right traditionally, but even more nowadays. Groups like the Proud Boys and similar movements.

If that's what going through her head, than she probably is stupid or at least very insecure about it. If she were not, then she could engage the man back in the conversation in some way, try to muster up some interest(it's called "being a good listener") or at least say she doesn't care.

I agree if one of those other activities is drinking.

That's probably one of the more ignorant, tactless and tone-deaf things you can say to a (straight?) guy. No matter how she meant it, no dude wants to hear that.

I get the general gist of what you're trying to say, but it's also overly simplistic and generalizing. I really feel sorry for you if you have never bonded with another male by talking to them. Some of the most rewarding and important experiences I've had have been talking to other men about philosophy, religion, politics, science and yes even our own feelings and problems. It's how I know that I'm not alone in the world. And by alone I mean mentally alone, not physically alone. "Doing things" d…

It's kind crazy how different worlds women and men live in a lot of the time

Dude, sorry for the necro, but why on earth do you think that you aren't as good looking in your mid 20s as you were at 19? You're not a woman, age isn't everything. Take it from a guy in his mid 30s, you're at your prime right now, unless you've gotten fat, lost your hair or been in an industrial accident. Maturity adds a certain level of attraction and distinction. I definitely looked better in my mid and late 20s than I did in my teens, because I looked like a fucking child back then and girl…

It may sound like a cliche, but be the change that you want to happen. Someone has to stand up and show other that it's ok. Yes it's harder in the beginning, but you can also get more respect and clout in the end. If you believe in something, you need to be ready to sacrifice at least something for it. Otherwise your principles are meaningless. And i know as a young person that may be a big ask, especially if you're in college and social standing is important. But you have to sit down and really…

But you will make people defensive and unresponsive like that. There are smarter and more effective ways. Talk, ask questions, provide challenges, make them think, make them relate. It's called rhetoric. It's not about saving women's feeling, as satisfying as it would be to go to town on them and own them, it's about the bigger picture and the longer road. When you think of rude and obnoxious feminists, do you take anything they say seriously for even a second, even if they maybe had a point?

In the end the only real way to live is to be true to yourself. Imagine if you were a gay or trans person wanting to come out instead and it was a different time(or maybe even this time, depending on your location). You know it's gonna be hard and you're gonna get judged and maybe even lose some friends and family. But what is the alternative? Live a lie your entire life? It can be an opportunity to actually find people that share your views and principles. Ultimately if you are true to yourself…

Right wingers have made this point in other contexts which are less true, but it definitely relates to this subject: if you want to know who is in power and who is not, look at who you are allowed to criticize and who not.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
