It’s normal to be in serious relationships in your late 20’s. If this were true every time, then there wouldn’t be any successful relationships for people under 30. There are successful relationships for people in their 20’s. How I’ve understood it, is that it’s not about the age, it’s about where you’re at in life, which often (but not always) correlates with age, and this contributes to the likelihood of a successful relationship. They’re usually with guys who’ve got their lives together or ar…

It seems like you’re hung up on this chick if you’re talking about fucking her friend for social proof to impress her. Stop giving a shit about impressing her. The fact that you’re trying prove yourself her sends her the signal that she’s better than you. If you’re captain no pussy for a while, own it, laugh it off, move on. Fuck a girl because you want to, not to impress her friend.

Actually, after a second read, she was probably being real: she thinks it’s funny you haven’t gotten any. She’s not going to be into or flirt with the guy who can’t get laid. You put that burden to get laid by making a contest about it, which is a dumb ass move - you’re young so learn from it.

Bro, if she’s teasing you like she’s messing around, she’s probably flirting. She was flirting and talking about sex - she probably wanted to fuck you. You should have asked her: “if she has any friends who aren’t in the boring ‘50/50’ shit or whatever she talked about being into” (teasing) and if she’s a good wing man, maybe you will hire her. Then, “test out” some shit by hitting on her and see if she likes it.

Same situation and fixed it. Exact same shit all around. I accidentally fixed this situation. I was in my head and struggling; it created a bad vibe on what should’ve been a great time. Here’s what I did: I was feeling insecure (like a pussy) and we could sense it. It was quiet and strange. Normally, I’m teasing her, having fun, etc. She was acting distant, which is unlike her. Basically, I just got up to leave - I was serious about leaving too. I wasn’t mad or anything. She was really taken bac…

Those girls, the influencers, their window for success is small af. They live the easiest now, but that fucks them over when they’re post wall and have no personal development, skills, knowledge, talents, or anything to offer. Then they settle for whatever bone someone throws their way, despite having acquired a taste for the best guys, luxury, etc., and jump on the antidepressant train.

That’s a good point. I appreciate It. I mentioned my info so you guys can gauge my SMV to see if it could be high enough to keep things together, but you’re right - she’s going to be around other high SMV men. I wouldn’t even have the chance to compete to maintain or build attraction if we were long distance. Even if I moved, girls still have a propensity to mistake something new and exciting as per se better. It would be a constant battle for sure just to keep things from falling apart.

You’re obviously right. Thanks. My thoughts are all over the place, and I’m looking for sound, impartial thoughts on my situation like this.

Not in your situation at all, but since your asking, here’s my advice: You should improve yourself - especially in the ways you can control. Here’s what that may look like: Eat a high protein diet, watch your macros, and hit the gym. Make money. A psychology or any social science degree is about as useful as a ripped condom. Look into something else that has the potential get a six figure job. Don’t dress like a dipshit (wearing gym shorts with a collared shirt, wearing shit that doesn’t fit, fo…

We talked about being exclusive and were, like I’ve given other girls the heisman stiff arm. Just fucked up last night.

I’d add to that: there’s news reports on how dating apps try to increase engagement by putting the most liked profiles in front of everyone right away. That is certainly a factor in these results for both sides. They put the most liked profiles in front of you early on to encourage further interest. With you take that in connection with the study I referenced: men spend far more time on dating apps, it may be the case that men distribute likes more evenly simply because they are on the app more …

Here’s what I’ve found: https://www.google.com/amp/s/qz.com/1051462/these-statistics-show-why-its-so-hard-to-be-an-average-man-on-dating-apps/amp/ I was wrong earlier. If this is right, the top 5% of males got 41% of all likes (not 50) and the bottom 50% received 4.3% (compared to 7.9% for women). Basically, it shows the top like recipients receive the lion’s share - it is unequal for both genders; however, it is more unequal distribution when comparing men to women. I wish it included all group…

07 was a while back, so that may be the case - I have no idea lol. Check out the 2017 Hinge post (or what’s left of it) if you can. It said that the top 5 percent of guys who received the most likes actually comprised of over 50 percent of all of the likes.

Here is what I’ve found: (Disclaimer - I merely read the abstract) Women prefer taller men (usually by 5inches): https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0054186 I couldn’t find 80 percent - some sources claim it was a National Health Statistic Report, and I don’t have the time to dig through the CDC archives. Here’s a report from American Sociological Association showing women initiate divorce 69 percent of the time: Divorce Rates between men and women https://www.scien…

Try cutting out dairy from your diet - this is broscience, but I swear it works. Had the same problem at that age, then I cleaned up my diet. I still get tons of protein, but I cut out dairy completely (including whey/casein protein), lowered the carbs and sugar a lot too - this did wonders for me and it helped a friend of mine. And also lift (shouldn’t even need to be said at this point).

Plan B is basically my plan A at this point. You got her some or she got herself some, right?
