Toilets have lids for a reason, and that reason is to stop the spread of bacteria when you flush. Lid doesn't do much to actually stop the spread of bacteria. Microdroplets get away through gaps and the bacteria are everywhere either way. Also rest assured that a decently maintained toilet is cleaner than your phone, not to mention that your table and counters in the kitchen see their fair share of poop bacteria too. historically something like 80% of women reproduced, but only 40% of men which indicates that men are not that important. Fertility of women is a limiting factor so men are where the genetic trial and error with lots of failures happens. 50/50 split is a result of us having 2 chromosomes. one could argue that things that you have trouble labeling as more or less timeless and universal shouldn't be in the constitution in the first place.
