So can men? A pregnancy isn't just a women's issue? I affects their bodies more than a man's but is it not also the man's responsibility to care for his child? But right now women in the job market are more affected negatively by pregnancies than men.

I still disagree that it should be ignored. Calling it malicious to use seems like a huge stretch as it's a legitimate number. There are factors that bring it down to 7% but those factors still exist and are crucial to solving them and bringing the actual statistic to 7% without having to ignore them. Women are earning less than men, mainly based off hours worked and choice of job but are there not other factors? I never said man up at all bud My standpoint is that not every women is out there to get us. Sure the rhetoric is women are underprivileged compared to males and that can only change with time. But throughout history and in our current day there are some amazing women that deserve to be celebrated. Only celebrate the ones who deserve it! Didn't mean to ruffle any feathers
