Fix your sleep. Look up sleep hygiene tips and follow them. Keep a consistent hour. Shutoff phone and electronics 1-2 hours before. Journal your results. So much this. People nowadays have fucked up sleep schedules when it is literally the most important thing a human needs.

it's more than enough, if you are not progressing try looking at what you can do better; routines, dieting... When I think i'm stuck I usually just change my whole routine to different but equally effective exercises. It's a matter of trial and error sometimes, change some things and maybe one works for you.

It also depends on the context. For example your SMV will be lower in a powerlifting event and your SMV will be higher in a comiccon. Maybe is hard to find SMV accurately but you definitely tell when your SMV is increasing due to girls looking at you more and people being more friendly towards you
