Many many people call for that sub to be terminated, females and males alike. But as you said, the company is run by dumbasses and simplords, so vile unabashed misandry stays.

I've done that before. Every time they recommend opening a dialogue with the mods to work it out. Funny that when they have the exclusive power to mute me in perpetuity.

That clause does not mention government. For its intent and purpose, women are 'drafting' (being drafted), and as such are the subjects. 'The women, whom the government draft' is the case where the women are the object of the verb drafting carried out by the government.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/07/21 07:41 AM

Worse case scenario: we do need to issue a draft. I could see A LOT (but certainly not a majority) of women whom are drafted Just one titbit: the women here are not the objects. They are the subject of the verb 'draft', ergo it is 'who', not 'whom'.

You are overthinking, as others have said. You will live and die self-consciously, resentful and stressed worrying so much about treading a fine line one faction of society has prescribed as social perfection. It's not perfect, and they don't tolerate adequacy. Adequacy is just to be kind. You tried being kind and the onus is on her to accept it or not. It may not even be that she has a mistrust of strange men. Just carry on. My advice is leave behind that ingratiating talk of not being racist, …

Exactly. Of course it's technicality that it isn't rape in the UK, and no doubt a future case will quash that definition. But especially in a legal context, it's poor form to claim sexism based on strict liability of nominal classification. In other words, the intention to be malicious and sexist surely is not there, and isn't with similar sexual assault crimes already existing. Claiming it's sexist is entirely disagreeable, because the amount of things called racist and sexist that patently are…

Sexual assault.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/06/21 10:09 AM

Hardly libellous from the title. Any court is going to assert the licence a publication has with their title. If they alleged against a charge of sexual assault, it could be libellous, but the state isn't suing someone on such grounds. Only if she was acquitted or not charged and the publication alleged the obverse then Ghiswell would sue for libel. This isn't a pussy pass denied. How is presumptuousness by a female being criticised here? No one is exclaiming, even implying women cannot 'rape'. …

I really hate this fascination with making language black and white and uniform. Some publications just don't ever word their titles in the way the reader desires. Without showing a double standard, it's boorish to demand they change their euphemism for rape when they may not want to. It's not as if they are wrong.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/06/21 09:54 AM
1

How's that? If the common law definition of rape is penetration with a penis, and possessors of a penis are males, then you're saying people who call themselves female with penises are excluded? I don't think it really matters greatly: they'd still be treated as male as the only relevant measure for this definition is reproductive organ.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/06/21 09:52 AM
4

So it's two sides of idiocy: those who think a single potential crime is governed by a single definitive word; so one gender either cannot ever commit rape, and the other simply cannot ever be charged for it.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/06/21 09:50 AM
-13

I doubt that. People keep ending their thought process at 'man can't rape'. Sure the definition has changed, but the common law meaning hasn't. Not like it matters, because I'm positive stature declares equal sexual assault anyhow. It doesn't matter that it isn't called rape if the crime remains identical. Rape can remain a gendered term. There's nothing wrong with things being gendered.

Pussypass. White knights is easily used wrongly when a woman gets any advocacy. They're allowed to be advocated for even in wrongdoing.

I really don't think so. You tune into the wrong corners of media if that's your assumption. If that was a male cop hitting a female, I imagine most would see there wasn't an overreach of force and there was provocation. The inverse of this scenario is male hitting male though.

It's well awful to see the herd mentality. The other side of the population doesn't think for themselves, the other side is stupid... You don't think there really can be that many people lacking in sense you find common, but it's surprising to be proven wrong. Some posts everyone is egalitarian. Other posts are exclusive to the whining victims viewing everything related to a woman as unnuanced and to the man it is abjectly heinous and extreme. No consideration of differential circumstance in either case. Just that a made up man in an irrational, prejudiced made up situation, is arbitrarily bound to some draconian unfair punishment for being a man.

My response was bound in rationality and amiability, reflecting critically upon a news article and asking questions, whereas yours is reminiscent of some sociopathic meltdown. You're just havering on about being a victim to some abstract impingement. There's no denying in some time periods in some places, allegations of sexual assault are damning and the extralegal witch hunts are more than unfair. But otherwise you just generalise and decry too vaguely to sound like you have a coherent position…

Do you yourself understand that story? How in your own words does it correspond to simultaneously feeling empowered but being a victim. No motive is offered for the falsified report to police. One can merely conjecture why she victimised herself. It may be misandry. But it is also a foolish option because as stated by the female district attorney, it is detrimental to genuine reports by genuinely maligned women. Where though is your proclaimed paradox of being empowered by being a victim? You se…

Perverting substantive definitions in the law never ceases to frustrate me. Because empowerment is the effect or the intrinsic desire, while being a victim is extrinsic and possibly a cause of said empowerment. Your comment is not logical and seems to be a false equivalence.

Wow so hypocritical in that sub, with all the oblique stereotypes. Mask the shortcomings of your philosophy by deriding the "patriarchy". It's like claiming to be in a search for fresh air while entering a cesspit. That is completely contradictory but also the opposite of productive.

Yeah she's a cunt. How's she a whore though? You can call her a whore if that's your given insult, nothing wrong with that, but whore generally means she sleeps around with abandon. So probability is that he just calls her a whore by default and is not the wronged, egalitarian guy PPD is about.

What's with the hypercriticality? Judging from this video alone, there is too little to decidedly foresee or appraise anything about the girl and her lifestyle. So unless this is a part of some fad, then I would not know.

The sarcasm of "smash the rape culture of the patriarchy" is not germane to this video and thus does indeed diminish the quality of rape victims by being used as a prop for a sarcastic joke. Before that, he was mocking the girl in the video. But to then generally smear "rape culture" is a far call.

Some people on this sub are actual egalitarians. Others give themselves free reign to discuss men's rights through misogyny, which is no different to women discussing female right's through misandry. It's the radicals like these that sink the boat: they're too fat on victimhood, antagonism and grudges.

Your guarantee is worth wank then. That small punk dude is still getting grievous damage. Amazing how you tried to pin me as some unegalitarian woman worshipper. To be honest I never saw the spit, just the kick. Spitting is fucking disgusting. All I know is what he did was too violent in hindsight. During the actual encounter, I wouldn't dream of him considering anything but tat her tit, and he did it the way he best could, or anyone could.

Yeah that's right mate. I don't plan on "repressing" anyone, and I would never deny universal human rights. But I don't associate respecting someone with me using "they" instead of he or she. Of fucking course not. The sensible Australian, and the Supreme Court in NSW even, saw the stupidity and futility in a protest that isn't even appropriate for our country. Only twits went to protest something on some imprudent furore imported from America's different circumstances.

Sweeping claim there. There are problems with carriage of justice all over the spectrum, not just confined to issues of sex. Women do sometimes get their comeuppance, though it is definitely a little more uncommon and severe than a man's. Not to say Australia's whole criminal law body is misandrist.
