Not to mention it's seriously unsafe for them to be out on the roads unsupervised. I accidentally ran over a family cat on my morning drive back from work, and needed to knock on their door to explain I just killed their cat. It's heart breaking, I'm not a fan of cats by far, however I would never want to kill one intentionally and it really was a shitty feeling letting them know I just hit it with the car.
