It weighs you down, makes you awkward. When you talk to a girl, just talk. Try to listen more than talk though. Good listeners are the worlds most loved people. Something you should also remember is that she might not be interesting to you. If there's a connection it'll become obvious. If there's not a connection, just talk to other girls until you find one.
