4	Woman gets 7 years in jail for raping a 12 year old boy Not only is she not going to be put on the sex offender list she was never convicted of the crime she committed. Imagine if you were a 12 yr old girl having a "sexual relationship" with a 25 yr old man. Not once the word rape used for this child but I guarantee it would be used in your case. I would guess probably 25 years or so for a man in this situation as the sentences. So no.
