Is that for your bank card and your credit card? In the US, PIN codes only get used for your debit card/bank card. We just have fraud protection on credit cards so that in the event it gets stolen, you won't be liable for the fraudulent charges. I had someone steal my card recently and they spent $21. My credit card company immediately sent me a text and email to verify if the charge was legitimate. When I said it was not, they mailed me a new card and opened an investigation into the fraud.

He is the one who "lost out" because he lost literal decades of his life and freedom. She got to live in society like a regular citizen. It's an American thing, that's probably why you see it in a lot of porn. I think circumcision is much more rare in other countries and it's mainly done for certain specific cultures. American women are just generally not used to seeing uncircumcised penises.

I think there might be a religious exemption but I'm not sure, I'm only saying that because I know the Amish have a religious exemption from social security.

Yeah good luck with registering to vote and not getting your info automatically put in the system. Good luck getting government benefits without getting put in the system. It's very hard to stay off their radar because you are legally required to be registered for the draft. Financial aid for college, unemployment benefits, several other government programs I'm sure.

I googled it and it says you have to register in order to vote. They don't let everyone vote automatically. If you're voting without being a registered voter then you votes aren't being counted sorry.

When you have to register in order to vote, that's the prevention. Registering to vote as a man aged 18-25 means you'll be included in the draft, just like it includes you for jury duty. And regardless if you agree with the draft or not, it is a legal requirement for men 18-25 to be registered. That doesn't necessarily mean you'll actually be inducted into the military.

Okay but if you reasonably fear for your life that the person will come back with a weapon and kill you then you actually can shoot them. Simply breaking into your house doesn't give you that reason, but if they broke in and whooped your ass until you're nearly unconscious before walking away, you ABSOLUTELY have the right to kill them in that situation. There is a difference between something being explicitly legal and something not being banned. Just because the law doesn't say it's explicitly legal doesn't make it illegal. Mutual combat is a legitimate defense except in Oregon.

Mutual combat is not exclusive to 2 states. I live in Michigan and my cousin was "assaulted" when he was 17 but didn't go down without a fight. Basically, because of the verbal threats before the fight the police decided it was mutual combat and did not press charges. Mutual combat is a defense to assault and battery. Self defense was the wrong wording but I think it's weird you can only fight back until your attacker decides you've had enough and not the other way around.

I'm not saying you're wrong about that, because I believe you're most likely right, but I'm just confused about the employee's apparent duty to not fight back. Where do the laws of mutual combat apply? If a person walks up and batters me but quickly tries to get away, I'm supposed to let them? I can't batter them back in self defense? Those are not nonviolent crimes. You misunderstood. Basically by stealing someone's property or identity you are violating the non-agression pact because those actions are intentional and bring harm to people other than yourself. Take notes about the appearance of the individual. Take notes about what vehicle they are in (if they get into one). After that, walk up to them and simply ask if the kid is supposed to be with that adult. If the kid is obviously safe and happy, you probably have nothing to worry about. If the person starts acting weird or suspicious, then you report them.

Yeah I'm fully in support of people who make the tough decision to put their child up for adoption but the problem is that there are so many children already up for adoption or in foster care that dont get adopted because the supply is higher than the demand. Often times the children never get adopted and "age out" of care when they turn 18 and these children are SIGNIFICANTLY more likely to end up homeless, on drugs, or in prisons. Came here to basically say this. Both parties should have to agree to raise the child in the event of an unplanned pregnancy. If the man doesn't want it but the mother does you should just offer to cover the cost of an abortion, if she doesn't accept that you shouldn't be held accountable for 18+ years of expenses.
