People with autism just find certain things more difficult than other people, they, especially ones on the high functioning end (i.e aspergers) can lead very healthy social/dating lives with proper guidance and practice. The two biggest pieces of advice I could give you: Cultivate value in your life to become more desirable. Women are more likely to overlook small stuff like social ineptitude if they see you as high value.
