I know him and i dont agree with his supporting studies many have flaws. such as trying to find a causal relationship in cholesterol in a population study. as well as using mechanistic data for cholesterol. why am i going to harm myself if the longest living populations had the lowest meat intake? the Adventist vegetarians (the closest to vegan population) only ate meat a couple times per year is councudentaly also the longest living population ever studied.

I aslo would like to let you know many studies show (which i can share if youd like) that vegans have a higher serum testosterone then meat eaters. now i know serum testosterone is not the active testostrone but i wanted share this as this does technically show that being vegan could raise your testosterone (serum). vegans have around the same or insignificantly higher free (active) testosterone.
