The next time you think a girl is checking you out look at her and hold her gaze. If it is clear you are both looking at eachother then wave and smile. If she does the same then walk over to talk to her. That way you have confirmed before hand that she noticed you and was focused on you. Or just go over and say "Hi. How's your day going today? I felt drawn to you so wanted to come over and meet you."

If you like what they look like. Or something they are doing. That would be all you have to go off of until you have a conversation with them. The smiley face mask would work anywhere. It's not restricted to a certain country. Smiling is universal.

Get a mask with a smiley face on it. (You could even draw it on). When you see someone you like look them in the eye while briefly pointing to them and then to your mask while smiling. When you genuinely smile it will show in your eyes. Trace the smile too with your finger. If the other person seems receptive then go over (maintaining the required feet in distance) and chat with them. Everyone these days is craving humor and fun.

Life is about experiences and interactions. Should you approach another human being in order to connect in whatever form it will be?... of course! What should you say? "Hi." "How's the day going for you so far?" It's simple and gives you the information you need with what to say next. If the person is positively responsive then continue. Haha I know. My instant thought after first seeing him was, "He's too good looking." He without a doubt is getting stared at everywhere he goes. Think Paul Walker or the the guy in 365 DNI. Good tip. I'd need to be in speaking distance to be able to say that. He's picked up on the fact that my dog reacts to other dogs and he has begun to help us keep them apart. I guess I could see if a random occurance helps me to say that or else I'd be yelling it from a distance away... and I don't have a loud voice.
