1	Why can't paternity tests just be a matter of law in hospitals when a baby is born. How does Bob have any claim to the land? He can't just claim that it's his and then magically make it his. Voluntarism generally follows the idea of homesteading, at least to my degree of exposure to it, and nothing in this shows that he owns all that land, or possibly could. He would be initiating force against the others. Not to mention you forget that those people do not lose their right to self-ownership just by being on his land.
