I like your analogy. In soccer we say you can't practice shooting without first being able to pass the ball. It's in fact it's terrible long term. Anyways let me shoot my questions: What does leading conversations look like? I think it has to do with expressing genuine curiousity about the other person, etc. Also when I specifically single out a specific aspects to practice, I feel it makes me feel worse, what could be the issue?
