1	Good to see law treating all as equals First she was arrested recently and the investigation is still going on which is why i agreed on your point that she is still accused and not convinced. They were protesting against CAA(Citizenship Ammendment Act) which makes it easier or relaxes some rules for persecuted minorities from Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh to get citizenship in India, How is this Islamophobia?. They were protesting against it cause Muslims are excluded which is dumb cause all these three nations are either islamic or muslim majority nations. Now this woman as you said is accused and not a criminal and has been arrested very recently. She then took a photo of him and posted it on Facebook claiming that he has made obscene comments on her and threatened her if she went to police. Soon the post became popular and was picked by media. Without any evidence he was named a pervert and a case was registered against him.
