| 1 | Jail for Child Support UnconstitutionalI didn’t know about #1, that is really stupid. #2 and 3# are things I know and as I said, yes court's need to do a better job working with a guy and if he can't pay due to losing a job they need to give some lenience, but none of those situations have anything to do with literally refusing. All I mean is if a dude gets a girl's pregnant and she doesn't end up aborting like most women today, then yes that dude should be obligated to assist in the upbringing and livelihood of that kid.
