Wealth IMO is the biggest indicator of priviliege, and i am extremely uncomfortable with the notion that I am "privilieged" simply due to being a white male, yet I was born into a very impoverished family.. Hence.. their focus on the economy is the correct one, it almost always is, people generally care about their wealth first and foremost... wealth creation in the middle and lower classes is something that leftists need to actually do a much better job with their image on.. its also literally …

I think you also misunderstand my point Who you associate with is your choice If you worry about the opinions of those kinds of people, it will always hold you back There are many people out there who aren’t this dogmatic, and while it is sad to see people who once weren’t change into that, I don’t think it’s something someone should really concern themselves outside the point of a general discussion about it One needs to be careful of course

If a girl I’m interested in is showing mutual and consistent signs of flirting, and I make one gesture forward and she reacts badly, that is no longer someone I am interested in, and while this silly double standard may exist, it’s not a concern I have however missed a few relationships in the past because of being too passive… because that’s what is drilled into us It’s a situation dependent balance

There has to be a lot of non verbal communication and slow action involved, I honestly find when there are mutual signals these days it’s obvious, and if I make one step forward and it’s a bad reaction, then I move on, but it’s only ever one step (a brief hand hold or something), so I don’t worry about hurting anyone, if they get hurt from that then it’s on them

There’s not much male role models of positive masculinity Be the role model. It is so valuable, we need far much more of it The few ones who do role model it well are my inspirations, especially as a male who grew up without a father figure There is far more strength in being yourself than confirming to gender notions, whether that comes across as feminine or masculine I’m lucky that I know a few, but they’re not major voices on male issues

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
