| 9 | This headline calling someone who committed suicide due to mental health issues “mentally fragile”I think it has to do with a population's ability to produce children. The limit comes down to the number of women not men. In that vein, men are the ones to do the risky jobs and activities. There is a reason why only men can be drafted.
