Knowing that a mountain road is dangerous and full of turns that can launch you into an early death doesn't mean that you will not drive through it to reach the top view. It just means you should not drive with closed eyes and hold the wheel. Similarly with AWALT. Excellent post and quite different from the majority!

Counting down from 3 (3,2,1.. GO!) really helps you prepare mentally before doing something difficult or uncomfortable, for example a heavy set at the gym or approaches

I still don't see any scam. Did he hide any info behind a paywall or subscription? No! - Self promotion after a comprehensive free guide? Definitely yes. And why not, if there is some solid advice in this post it would be good to check out his page. Your way of responding makes me think you have a self limiting mindset. Stop holding yourself back by claiming anything that hasn't happened to you YET is a scam or something mythical.

Yes the scales of dating are skewed. But to be honest you shouldn't feel bad or envy them because if you put the effort to raise your SMV and learn basic game there would be more quality/good looking girls available for you rather than quality men for them that can even compete with you. Not a lot of us put the same effort in order to look good and raise our SMV vs how much women do in that aspect. In short: Much more sexy and beautiful women in the world Vs high SMV men.

If this is the only thing you have taken from this comprehensive post, then better forget it. You are basically saying it's impossible hence it will never happen. Op laid out a very detailed strategy. I don't see this post as bragging. What you think now is impossible might as well be very much happening in the future if you take the right steps. Other people who have taken a look behind the veil can also attest.

There is truth in this post and it works, however I believe it could be better outlined. In short, don't put them on a pedestal or worship them. You don't chase friends and put in extra effort if they don't reciprocate the energy you put into your friendship. They don't get special treatment if they are disrespectful, negative, bitter with you or annoying. You don't sacrifice your free time, health and vitality just to hang out or please them. If there is friction or conflict you can still be th…

Kindness (or positivity, light, frame, etc - label it however you want) costs you nothing but can buy you almost anything in the world

For the loud noise above or arguments about serious issues with people that you value it's not OK to be a pushover. You should set boundaries, enforce them and don't fall back. For any other situation as I believe you could use some help deciding consider the points given below. If the points below don't apply then it's up to you if you wanna engage or take action. HOWEVER this doesn't mean you get a free pass to be a pushover or on the other hand have the emotional capacity of a 5 year old! Alw…

Very important comment thanks! I am at a phase now contemplating if I will ever have kids in the future. This was motivating. We live in a fucked up world and sometimes I wonder if it's even worthy to bring someone else in this cruel reality. Don't get me wrong I feel amazing being a man and know how to deal with everything most of the time. However it's such a big responsibility and eventually sometimes you don't even have control over some things just the way you react to each situation. Every…
