Whether or not that's what you've experienced, I believe that it can and should be about something more. I doesn't matter what others have done in the name of Men's Rights (It's good to know history/context), the future of it should be organized, scientific, and about applicable action.

Do you have suggestions on a name? This is what I thought of doing, but I don't know how to brand it in a way that creates distance from ideology and also isn't inflammatory. I was in an Atheist's group, for example, and because that was in our name we constantly had protesters or people come to preach or debate rather than to be productive. We changed it to "Secular" and that went away and we were able to bring a lot of people together and do works as well as be seen as civil when we brought up…

Well I do not how to prove you wrong, and honestly this is also discouraging. Do you not know what I'm talking about?
