I had the same problem, too many drinking friends and not enough grind partners. Well they say you are the resemblance of the 5 people you spend the most time with, so choose five great books from 5 great men and immerse yourself in them. Or quit, I've heard it's easier.

Hey man, you're doing great! You're putting yourself out there, which most people aren't willing to do. My advice, get a hobby with ample amount of women involved, dancing, specifically salsa and bachata. Girls love that shit. Sometimes you only really have to smile and ask a few questions to get the girl interested. I'm not saying I'm the best dancer, because I'm far from, but putting yourself in situations where there are women already present really helps to close with some.

Yeah, your right. Not everybody can be Alpha. Maybe you should dedicate your time, your effort and focus into becoming a Beta. I mean not everybody can be the best versions of themselves, and nobody should try to better oneself to become the best. (Sarcasm)
