I've always called this the alcohol blues. Tends to happen the day after a big night of drinking, normally gone the day after that.

So biology lesson for antibiotics. They don't kill them all at once, they generally stop them dividing or stop them dividing which still leaves a fairly big group that are just living without doing much. Thats why you need a course of antibiotics of a certain dosage and length of time. Giving her some of your antibiotics killed a few bacteria for sure and might decrease the symptoms but definitely won't have killed them all. Now you've got the surviving bacteria coming back which might just be a…

So for protection from divorce rape would a shell company outside of your country's jurisdiction be the safest bet for holding any money/property? E.g is it possible have it set up so your house/car/anything else valuable and all your savings are in that companies name instead so completely out of reach?

Step one is start looking for another job. Depending on your finances go for anything if you're low on cash, while looking for a good longer term job. If your decent on cash concentrate on finding a good replacement job and get yourself back on your feet.

Find a good hobby, guitar, photography, leatherworking. Something that will turn into a passion that you can enjoy. Otherwise try and do lessons, learn to dance, learn some DIY or some other skill which will come in useful in the future

Newsfeed edadicator is a great tool for facebook. Strips out your newsfeed completely so you never see the shit that happens there. Still leaves groups, chats etc open for use.

With porn you're not paying attention to your body. Masturbate without and concentrate on yourself. You can start to feel the orgasm happening earlier and slow down. Basically edging. Keep on practising getting near and holding off and it will extend how long you can last

I've found counting is a great way of increasing how long I spend meditating. Essentially breath all the way in, then all the way out slow and steady each way. Each in out cycle is one count. Count this way to 100 and you'll be surprised how long you can meditate for. Then to increase just count further each time, 150, 200 etc. If someone more experienced wants to chime in on whether this actually helps with the mindfulness aspect of things please do since I'm only in my early days of this mysel…

If you don't want a uni route, trade is probably the way to go. Though if its something like plumbing or electrician you'll need a driving license for that. If you don't plan on getting a driving license you'll probably be better off doing a trade that gets done in a workshop

Martial arts and lifting is always good. If you like exploring bit of photography might be fun. In reality there's not gonna be a perfect answer, just try as many things as possible and stick with the ones you enjoy

Book is much deeper and more significant than the film, definitely recommend it. Rest of the series didn't have as much oompf but was still enjoyable

Weight lifting you continually try and increase the amount of weight you do which stresses your muscle fibres and causes growth to compensate. When you stop trying to increase the weight your muscles have no need to grow further. With climbing you'll get some size improvement until your muscles are used to your body weight. Once your muscles are used to this and find it easy they have no more incentive to get larger/stronger.

Lifting is the most efficient way for volume, plus who's to say those guys aren't lifting as well as climbing A decent program is three one hour sessions a week so you should easily be able to fit both into your schedule

I find it hard to even get the motivation to go out and meet girls, even on night out with friends I don't have an interest in approaching.

Anyone got advice on looking into getting testosterone on the NHS (UK) for someone in their 20's? Asked about getting my bloods run to see how everything (cholesterol, test, liver function etc) and they just laughed it off since "young men don't need these". Being a student can't exactly afford to go private.
