I Dunno man I've seen some dumb shit women have gotten away with in my job. Running to the back room to cry 4 different times in 3 hours because there are too many customers to serve. Taking extended 3 week leave out of nowhere because they're sad their boyfriend dumped them. Calling out 5 times in a month with no consequence. I work in an all female department at my store. I constantly hear jokes about how I'm a mass shooter waiting to happen, or how I creep some of the girls out because I don't stand around gossiping and sharing Facebook and Twitter videos 24/7 while on the clock like most of them. As a former simp who managed to cut the problem out of my life. Let me say you need to do the same. Break off contact, no confrontation, no "can we talk?", nothing. When she noticed you aren't paying attention to her anymore she'll try to reign you back in with an invite to hang out or something. Dont accept it I.
