I got banned from MGTOW for saying i didn't mind paying taxes that went to social programs that helped single parents. I thought MGTOW would be a subreddit for men that just chose to focus on bettering themselves and be the best they can do, without necessarily feeling the need to be in a relationship. But I found out that most on that sub, didn't choose to be single. They were bitter and angry at women and was just overall a very toxic place.

In reality, mommy controls that money and uses it for hair and nail appointments, drugs, partying, etc. instead of for the kid(s). That is why we have CPS. Carbon taxes are effective in reducing CO2 output and optimizing energy consumption. Edit: Point in case: Oil crisis of 1973 where OPEC tried to strong arm the West. It revolutionized gas consumption effectiveness in cars and effectively killed OPEC's power forever. Carbon taxes would spur on new thinking and ways to reduce our carbon foot print. To say taxes can't be used to alter behavior is just flat out wrong.
