0	Do men like plus size women? Women aren’t invisible to men until almost the age of 60, but interest from men starts to decline steadily from late twenties and drops significantly after age 40. With regards to plus sized women, I have zero interest in even just having sex, let alone ever having a LTR with one. For me personally, even “thick” is a dealbreaker for a LTR. 2	Sleep Toolkit from Prof. Andrew Huberman It’s counterintuitive, but it’s true. I’ve tried it. Had mild sleep apnea and bought some strips on Amazon. They had a small hole to breathe a little air through if necessary, but it keeps your mouth closed which positions your tongue to press on the top of your mouth. That helps keep your sinuses open. The reason that women aren’t very interested in ultra high IQ men is because beyond 125-130, it’s a liability. 125-130 is the sweet spot. Get too much above that and you’re going to have a lot of trouble fitting in and being accepted by your peers. That’s not to say you can’t be unbelievably successful and well liked with a high IQ, it’s more the law of averages. I say this as an Ivy League guy with an IQ of ~145-150.
