Same question has been hitting on women for decades, "Why didn't you leave" like doors are opened for everyone. Obviously it's not as easy as it sounds.

If you read the full law (I don't expect you to be able to read) it means that even if you're drunk, you're not consenting, so if you're fully drunk and the rest if the gang are sober, that's rape. You're welcome.

Maybe you think that all women can become sex workers with handsome guys buy LOL sorry to pop your bubble, in the lower stages it's basically very creepy old men, just go check sex ads and see how many guys are making sh*te money on those very creepy old dudes. Just say you don't feel like sticking old dick.

Then go tell homeless men they have an ass they could sell, then come back and tell us what they told you 🍿🍿

I think its so obvious. I keep asking that question to women and men and I honestly didn't encounter a single woman who denies that but oh boy ask that to guys and you'll be amazed. Its astonishing and scary equal parts

And forgot to say they mostly do it cos the probabilities of being raped as a homeless woman are higher then men, for obvious reasons. So it's better to have sex with one person rather than being repeatedly raped by random strangers. Its not a battle of genders here, it's hell for everybody that's homeless, nothing to do with mean being "unwanted"

I think it drast8cally changes on the country you're in. In Ireland its 50% responsibility, the custody goes to the one that's got the means of keeping that children. I'd say it's tricky for both of you, custody can go to botb of you literally. I recommend to use condoms everytime unless you want to have a long term relationship with someone, it's really not hard to understand.

Oh I get your point. I got so much hate by saying that women going out with minors are deranged. But you know what? Most of the hate I got was from men saying that minor would have enjoyed it so there you have it.

As someone who volunteers with homeless people I just want to point out that most of the times women will prostitute themselves when they're homeless, so they usually get an exchange like sex for a room. That's as shitty as it sounds, no need to feel jealous about it.

Ah thats horrible. It also happens with women, only a woman officer can do that with us. I think it will be way easier if they all had cameras and thats it 😔

Mmm i kinda get your point and i guess you can just say "you're wrong cos as a man I can know how to change a diaper cos I might have experience regarding that" 🤷🏻‍♀️ it's just more language efficient to say "you're womansplaining". It's really not a gender battle in this one, it's just language evolving
/r/MensRights31/08/22 08:11 PM

I think its just how language evolves, creating words to explain an issue, there's really nothing more about it. Im fine with people calling something like that womansplaining, it explains it properly I believe 🤷🏻‍♀️

Of course its gendered, that's the whole point of it. Someone who thinks that, because of your gender, you can't be knowledgeable about something 🤷🏻‍♀️

Actually not lol they're usually called feminazis. Sometimes trees doesn't let you the the forest.

Thats literally what I've said. Call it womansplaining. Glad you understood 👌

So mansplaining exists? Glad you recognize that 👍

I don't think its very common towards men, it will be like me trying to explain to you how your prostate works but I've only see it in a picture on a book i read in high-school. Don't think you're gonna face that situation very often. Its quite often I've heard men explaining to me how period works, and if you happen to ever meet a female mechanical engineer she'll tell you the numerous times in which she was told what to do with her car's engine. I assume you'll find women overusing that term a…

Again. Its not "explaining something to someonr more knowledgeable" it's "explaining something to someone more knowledgeable cos you believe THEIR GENDER can't know anything about a certain topic. A man can't know how to cook cos its a man, cos men are unable to cook, COS THEY ARE MEN. So me a woman who was born being good at cooking therefore i dont need to be tought cos its in my genes and therefore i never ever cooked, im gonna explain to you, a male chef, how to fry an egg. You got it now?
/r/MensRights26/08/22 10:39 PM

It literally has to do with the gender. Its someone from the opposite gender, thats the whole meaning. "Explaining" "mansplaining" "womansplaining" it really can't be more simple.
/r/MensRights26/08/22 10:33 PM
-24

As I said if a woman who has never cooked tries to explain a male chef how to fry an egg call it womansplaining. There are gendered terms for thousands of things and i dont think you have a problem with them. I just don't think yall gras the meaning of a simple word.
/r/MensRights26/08/22 10:30 PM
-10

I don't think you can find a situation in which a man knows a lot about something and a woman who knows nothing anlbout it tries to explain just cos she thinks men cant know. You could maybe think of a woman who explains a male chef how to fry an egg? But I dont think you're gonna find that situation too often Anyways if you do call it womansplaining if you feel like, im fine with that
/r/MensRights26/08/22 10:28 PM

Everybody does that regarding their gender lol i do it all the time

If you dont care about women then why do you even post here, this whole sub revolves about literally caring about women and their relation with men. Your post seem to be written by someone who definitely cares.
/r/MensRights26/08/22 08:25 PM

I don't think you know the meaning. It's when a man who has no idea about a particular subject tries to explain it to a woman who actually knows about that subject, and it has to do with their belief that women are unlikely to understandsomethingin particular due to the fact that they are women. A common anecdote female engineers will tell you about for example, pretty common to say the least.

And finally you made a point thanks god. You can complain about how abusers will actually get less jail time by the new law. Bingo. You can complain about how technicalities will actually give the judge more work for nothing. Bango. But what people complain here is that by this law women need no evidence to condemn a guy. Ridiculous. And that now they can't be questioned about their past sex life. At fcking last. And that now they cant be questioned if they resisted or not. Also at fcking last. …

Where did i lie about la manada case exactly? Defense made a point coz she didnt fight back. With that law that cant happent. She was also questioned about her sex life. Same thing. I never said there aren't wrong things in that law. We are all answering comment n°1 that says "now women won't have to prove there was an aggression" which is just a blatant lie, same proof as before this law.
/r/MensRights26/08/22 05:38 PM

"What they know"? Well you clearly don't know that the "aggravating circumstances" are the exact same as before. 0% change about that. Literally. If you rape and beat someone is still worse than if you just rape that someone. The only difference is that if the victim doesn't resists now its also considered rape and not abuse.
/r/MensRights26/08/22 05:16 PM

No one says she didn't win the case. That law is made so there's no difference in victim resisting or not, that whole case was a cruel joke for the victim and you know it so important not even going to discuss that. There are plenty things wrong with that law but the "resisting" part is a huge change no matter what your beliefs are.
/r/MensRights26/08/22 04:36 PM

Thats probably the only good thing about the law, as you said that couldn't be allowed. But that's what people in this thread fail to understand, no one said victim doesn't need to prove anything, that's just a blatant lie. There are many things to correct about this law, most important that "abuse" cases get less jail time now than before, which is crazy. Many technicalities that give judges more work for nothing. But still people just complain cos the only thing they read was the title.

Law states that victim won't have to prove they fought back, based on famous "la manada case" in which victim was drunk and was raped by several men who even recorded it, defense made very clear she "didn't fight back" as she was almost blackout drunk.
/r/MensRights26/08/22 01:49 PM

Do you even know what that law states or you've just read the title?

Who goes out to pubs looking for sex nowadays really boy that's so 90s. I assure you that if you arent really pretty, a woman in a pub is gonna be able to have sex with the most disgusting drunk around and thats it, the male equivalent will be getting an 80yo woman, which i assure you theres plenty that will enjoy a young lad. I think in men's minds being a woman is approaching a random guy and being like Hey you want sex. Life doesnt work like that in reality. And usually cheat cheat with sex w…

It is not hard for anyone in 2022 to have easy sex. And if not you can always pay for that. It's not something that has to do with gender, we don't live in the 50s anymore.

No one blames anyone, if you just read the article. It says there are more men than women on dating apps, as it has always been. And it points out that men are generally not as good as women at communicating, as it has always been. In every single country you'll always find up to this day more men living on their own compared to women, even if both are single women tend to have more social connections, it's an atavism. Plenty other articles addressing why women are single, yall really see things…

Western Europe, precisely the place on Earth where male roles are kept in the most traditional way that ever existed. Anyways my bad cos I meant the civilized part of Europe.

In most European countries school janitors are women, US is weird even for that. Also in most European countries teachers are mostly 50/50, although with youngest kids you might find more women, basically cos traditionally was one of the few things women were supposed to do, stay with little children. The older the students are the most men teachers you find.
