I agree that society (US mainland) certainly treats people with different traits differently, which means that many people end up being treated more poorly than others based on physical and mental characteristics. It would seem to me that there is nothing in feminist ideals precluding the legitimacy of anal sex. Now, whether anyone wants to have anal sex or whether it would be to stressful for a particular relationship (m/m, m/f, ?/.../?) would depend on those peoples' physiology and mental states. The same reasoning would to apply to other forms of sex and sexual actions, like vaginal, oral, masturbation, BDSM, etc.
