The problem is that red pill strats will get you the kind of women who are attracted to red pill strats. Namely, shallow women who aren’t really worth keeping around. 1	Being rewarded for stupid decisions 9% really isn’t bad at all, as long as it’s reliable and you don’t take major hits where it will go down. I tend to pay money partners 8-10% with the occasional 12% rate. But mine is backed by real estate, returns are guaranteed, and sometimes the returns can even be “stacked” as I will guarantee something like 3 months of returns, but the house sells in one month, so then they get paid back and we immediately find another one, so they are getting double the return for a few months. If you’re a passive money investor, you sometimes need more. 2	Being rewarded for stupid decisions My business is real estate investing. I seriously don’t understand why people put money in anything else. My money partners make 8-10% and sometimes higher. Guaranteed returns, short term and long term depending on what they are looking for, and fully backed by real estate, so it can never go to zero, unlike stocks. And even if the real estate market crashes, most of these investments are rental properties, so they will likely get MORE secure in a crash, not less.
