Not having enough evidence to convict a man is so much different than having counter evidence that the woman was lying like in this case. It would be so easy to convict her for false allegations.
Did you really say statistics are racially driven? Stats are stats, math is math, facts are facts. The only thing racially driven here is you. Ironically, your false stats are racially driven.
