Once you get used to opioids you'll have to take them till the end of your life. If you ever lose your prescription you'll be well on the road to rack and ruin. In Europe almost no one gets opioids, even if they're dying in many cases. We don't get medical MJ either. Maybe your doctor did you a favour in the long run.

How did your GP become estranged? Was it engineered by SB or is she angry at the poor treatment of GP by his family? Is SB concerned that GPs being dragged back into a toxic situation might be harmful to him? Are they happy together?

She is saying that if women want to compete successfully with men, they will, in general have to work harder than those men. That may be true, at this particular level, they are competing not with average men - or even the below average men, but very successful men. The question is, really, can women work that much harder at it - or is this an unrealistic goal? In this case the is not shooting at the goal, but making a noisy appeal for a penalty. Play on...
