The way this guy is describing his evolution it's admirable that he's found the mental fortitude to recognizes his short comings and the dedication he put into developing them, almost to the point of turning it into a hobbie and definitely a habit. Once you start investing in yourself like he did (workout, better diet, body language, mindset, mental health, etc...), "body count" becomes a byproduct of your investment.
