Maybe he's right. Girls are so used to having money spent on them during dates which probably explains why they also go to zero expense to be a good host. It's starting to make sense now. It's not stupid whatsoever. It's called being a good host. I'm sure these girls make a bit of an effort for their girl friends. Once I ended up buying a diet coke can before a girl invited me over. And surprise surprise, I asked her what she had to drink when I was there. She said, I've only got water! And no ice! Thanks for that diet coke, I had the caffeine energy levels to get something going in her room. Then I had to order a takeaway after because she just had pot noodles and bread. Smh

Great analysis. I'm not a young one though. Imo, you kind of have to play along with their useless dramatical scenerios or they'll think the relationship is "boring" or "safe," I've dated enough girls to know that you just have to keep a level head and talk back at them with authority/control and a slight hint of anger but not too much otherwise they'll think you're out of control or weak etc.
