If the phone is unlocked venmo will do it. But it generally takes a day or so for my transactions to go through so they would probably be able to catch it before its too late
Thats honestly the gift givers fault. She gave her a see thru bikini because she expected the friend to accidentaly expose herself. So she cant be mad when she then exposes herself. Even if it wasnt technically an accident because that was still the result she wanted.
