Record everything from now on (phone, email, even if you happen to see her, somehow record it). If she has a restraining order against you, get yourself a GPS tracker (or a phone app). Keep it in your pocket and track every move you do. It doesn't cost much and it could help you big time. No alcohol. No drugs. No new medics. No sport bets. No casino. Keep it low.
