Lift and do some cardio. Try the angion method, works wonders for "ED problems" such as yours. I've tried it and went from losing my erection during stimulus to my frenulum sometimes being a bit sore because the erection is so hard. It's free and there's no real reason to at least stick with it for a week or two in place of jerking off so often.
