even if a girl is just my type, she could be seeing other guys. In today's age, nothing feels exclusive until atleast 1-2 months in.

I think part of the RP ideology is that the world is a superficial place.

Nah, first three months is too quick. We'll mostly be getting to know you during that time. Moving too quickly within the first 3 months can sometimes scare the other person, creep them out or get interpreted as a red flag

What's the timeframe for the short-term? Most dating within the first few months is just getting to know the other person and feeling them out

I can only speak from experience from observing my happily married friends. In no particular order: - moving overseas if your partner also moves overseas - paying for their marriage visa and making arrangements to come here (Australia). - (I'll edit this list if I can think of more examples) Usually, it would be some big action that I wouldn't/couldn't see them doing for any other girl. There's a financial aspect of it and there's also a comfort-zone aspect of it as well.

The dude will move mountains for her to push the relationship along.

Bit of both. Sometimes I think I'm angry/frustrated at my employer, sometimes I think "thank fuck I'm not in charge of making the decisions"

I don't remember if you're the person that I originally replied to or not

False. she's not saying that they're her looks-match. She's giving us the reality of how much men she finds visually attractive

But apparently it's more about getting what you want from women without considering their feelings? I think that sometimes what RP and what BP want often involves a zero-sum game. Therefore, there's a trade-off and it's impossible for both sides to be happy

hey, you're not OP

outside of PPD, it seems like the average modern woman either isn't aware of their hypergamy and its effect on their dating opportunities

Pretty important? Currently lift 5x a week and play badminton with friends 1x a week. I go to pilates for the cardio & core training ~1x a month. Don't really talk to anyone at pilates though
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/25 11:32 AM

how come you align with BP then, if I may ask?

Doesn't the mainstream opinion frown upon a relationship with such a big age difference?

two sides of the same coin, no?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
