If you're training with the goal to get stronger, yea it's awesome. If you're working out just for health, it's not really needed. Creatine is great for recovery too. I used to follow 5 day split and it was pretty nice for recovery. Once I transitioned to a 3 day split just for maintenance, it wasn't really needed anymore. Ample recovery time. But it's not gonna hurt your performance or your health though so give it a try
