Just be strong and confident in your own physique and ability. Not being able to train might be a issue. This year I'll be shredding down to a very low bodyweight, but that's just to see how far I can take it. Weight is, in my opinion, not the most important factor tho. There's more variables, like training experience, skeletal muscle mass, body fat, genetics etc. You can be 176 lbs with a lot of fat OR you can be 176 lbs with a lot of skeletal muscle mass.
