When you get a match and you start talking, put a 5 message limit on yourself. After 5 messages that 6th one needs to be asking for her phone number. The 5 previous messages can be literally anything, if she's responding she's interested. You can't win her over in those 5 messages but you can lose her so keep it light. After you get the phone number do the same thing. After 5 messages that 6th one needs to be you telling her a plan to meet up. Maybe use the 5 previous messages to try to find som…

Which really doesn't matter. Landlords names are on the properties they rent out, they can't just enter at will.

You're right, don't bother with that guy. Abandoment of property is one of the first things a lawyer will warn you about. Unless the home is unsafe do not move out without a court order. It also makes logical sense.

If he moved out he's no longer a tennant. That makes him an owner/landlord and then the tennant does have a reasonable right to privacy. Legit the courts can keep you out of property you own.

You can break into your own house. If separation paperwork has be filled it will state who is residing where. If you moved out, without court order, you (in all likelihood) will be considered by the court to have abandoned the property. If no paperwork has been filed it's pretty iffy, but there's a case.

Anything that has a human involved has a pretty decent amount of error. Babies are born very often, even a 99.9% accuracy rate would mean if 10k babies are born a day then 10 got sent home with the wrong parents. Extrapolate that accuracy rate to 99.99% and that's 1 baby a day, or 365 a year that go home with the wrong parent. That's super rare but still a high number.
